In July of 2023 the attorneys at Richards|Penn|Bonner were able to obtain a policy limits settlement for a client who rear-ended the vehicle in front of her that inexplicably slammed on their brakes in the middle of high-speed traffic. Normally, drivers who rear-end the vehicle in front of them are considered to be “at-fault” for the crash. However, the attorneys at Richards|Penn|Bonner take the time to listen to their clients and investigate the facts. In doing so in this case it was uncovered that the vehicle in front of the client did, in fact, suddenly and without warning or legitimate reason, slam on her brakes on a major highway. The client suffered a broken toe, and subsequent to wearing a walking boot, developed back pain which was treated with chiropractic therapy.
